Can you overprint the scratch panel?
Yes we can. An overprinted message can add that extra call-to-action. It does cost a little more and will add a day or two more to the delivery date. The cheapest option is to overprint in black, but colour is also available. The shape of the scratch-off area can be any shape or style you like. Run free with your imagination!
With our digital press, we can overprint your base scratch area so there is no limit to the amount or variations of prizes, pin numbers, barcodes, or numbers.
How are scratch cards printed?
Scratch cards are printed with digital printing technology, then the latex, scratch-off panels are applied using silk screen equipment

Scratch cards are supplied trimmed to size.

What materials are scratch cards printed on?
We print our scratch cards on 350gsm silk stock as standard- giving a professional finish. We also offer a range of gsm weights (thickness) if you’d like something a little more pliable or more durable. We use black, gold or silver latex for the scratch off panels are standard, but custom colours are available on request.
How long will scratch cards last?
Scratch off latex is a form of ink that continues to harden after application. As such, scratch off latex has an average lifespan of 6 months, and we strongly recommend using your scratch products within this timeframe. We cannot be held responsible for the usability of these products after 6 months have passed.
